Given that we are now planning our return to operation, we are concentrating at this time on our primary mission… bringing the community the highest quality shows and our Freddy Award program. For now, we will not be scheduling additional outside events such as weddings and parties. Our plan is to return to that part of our operation when we are fully-staffed and have established relationships with vendors that share our commitment to excellence.

Above the theatre is the grand ballroom, named for Sarkis Acopian, whose family’s contribution to the theatre allowed for complete renovation of this magnificent space. Offering a full catering kitchen adjacent to the hall, the Acopian Ballroom offers a dramatic and functional space for your large group needs.
My company planned an all-day event at the Easton State Theater for nearly 1000 employees, utilizing the entire facility inside and out. The months of planning and multiple working sessions and rehearsals at the State Theater were a breeze due to the support and collaborative nature of the entire Theater staff. The State Theater Team worked with us to ideate what we wanted to bring to life, helped connect us with local vendors and accommodated all of our requests. It was a pleasure working with them and using their beautiful space. We would be happy to host another event there.
