The State Theatre is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors to our theatre. As such, we will be implementing a ticket policy to address the changing conditions related to COVID-19, and this policy will be updated on a monthly basis.
COVID-19 SAFETY & TICKET POLICY:
All guests 12 years of age or older for all in person public events will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination for entry into the State Theatre.
“Fully Vaccinated” means that a guest’s event is at least 14 days after the final COVID-19 vaccine dose. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test will not be accepted. Children under 12 will be required to wear a mask. This policy is subject to change.
As all patrons, staff and volunteers will be fully vaccinated, unless local, state or federal mandates are put in place that require masks in our venue, mask wearing will be optional at September performances for patrons. The exception is guests under age 12 as noted above.
The State Theatre will monitor the changing circumstances and modify our safety plans based on current recommendations and best practices. Buyer, and all those with tickets in Buyer’s order, agree to comply with State Theatre health protocols at all times while inside our venue. State Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest from the venue that fails to comply with protocols posted at the entrance.
By visiting the State Theatre, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Purchase of tickets acknowledges consent to our policies. Ticket policies are subject to change.
Patrons that have purchased tickets for October, 2021 performances who are not able or willing to comply with these conditions may contact our Box Office at 610-252-3132 for a credit or refund within 30 days of performance. Refund will include the base price of your ticket, plus the City of Easton Amusement Tax, Building Restoration fee and Order fee. The Theatre will withhold a $3 processing fee per ticket.
